Welcome to Newman Stallard Precision Engineers
The company was founded in 1996 as a small family run precision engineering company, our mission was to provide a high quality machining service to all our customers, and this has been our commitment ever since.
Since then we have moved to larger premises and have adapted a plan of continuing investment in new CNC Machinery to accommodate our ever increasing order book.
We are primarily involved in producing prototypes which can develop into small batch production, together with jig and fixture manufacture. However we appreciate the need for a general machining service and are very competent at providing this, achieving the sometimes tight timescales and competitive costs associated with this type of work.
Over this time we have gained experience in machining all types of materials including the usual Mild Steels Bronzes and Aluminium, but consider ourselves to be best using more exotic materials:
- Stainless steels
- Titanium
- High alloy steels including Hastaloy and Nimonic
We not only manufacture components to tight tolerances, but can also produce complete assemblies and test prior to going into service which we have done on numerous projects for the nuclear industry and others.
Whilst we do not hold a Quality Assurance Certificate, we can still supply full traceability of materials and often give Certificates of Conformity for our work.
